The songs on this album span a decade of living life as a songwriter. Heartache, friendship, romance, hope and change. It is dedicated to my children Dakota, Adrina and Cadence.

I didn't try to go for perfect takes or the perfect sound... I just wanted to tell you all how I've been doing and what I've been up to through music. It was recorded in a bedroom with my good friend Ken Osborne of The All-Togethers. We had lots of fun experimenting! I hope you enjoy it!

Raised on a sonically pleasing diet of British Pop, American Folk and Broadway Musicals. Fast forward to his teens and he was influenced by more Rock oriented bands as well as Hip Hop. He has been in original bands that have opened up for: Everclear, Letters To Cleo, Nada Surf, Eve's Plumb and The Spin Doctors.
